  • Appointment is binding only once confirmed by us (in-person or virtual)
  • Free up to 24 hours before appointment
  • No booking, cancellation, or no-show fees
  • Appointments are solely for discussion; no products delivered online

All images and descriptions on the Site are illustrative only; actual items may vary.
Availability depends on stock and bespoke order timelines, communicated during your visit.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Site content (text, images, designs) belongs to Carbon Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international IP laws.
You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT where applicable.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit

  • Full payment before dispatch or collection

11. IN THE EVENT OF A PRODUCT ISSUE

  • Non-Payment: Orders may be suspended until paid.

  • All sales are final.
  • Bespoke deposits and ready-to-wear payments are non-refundable.
